A little bit of my history...
I am an artist located in Florida's Emeral Coast, I was born and raised in Latin America, in a small town full of tradition, folklore and indigenous people who to this day still wear their colorful ancestral clothing.
After graduating from college, I got married, and due to my husband's career emigrated to the United States.
My work is influenced by my international travels throughout the world combined with the cultural richness of my homeland and the paradisiacal beauty of my current place of residence.
Mosaics and ceramics are my mediums, started making mosaics as a self-taught artist and eventually I attended The Chicago Mosaic School. After moving to The Emeral Coast, I joined the CAA and discovered resources that opened a door for my long-held desire to explore ceramics.
I describe my art as a multicultural celebration of color, textures and shapes.
